Winter this year has been cold, damp and miserable in Australia! As we approach August our bodies are crying out for some much needed self-care. Did you know our heels and feet are more prone to drying and cracking during the cooler months? We need to take extra care of them during Winter, which leads me to these effective Neat Feat products I’ve recently tried and tested.
Neat Feat Foot & Heel Balm appealed to me as it contains urea (as well as other effective ingredients) to restore the natural balance of the skin. I’ve been using this balm twice daily, in the morning and before bedtime. In addition I’ve been exfoliating my feet with the Neat Feat Pumice when showering in the morning. After several days of using these lovely Neat Feat products my feet are feeling the smoothest they’ve been in months.

Revitalise naturally with Natralus
We love paw-paw for daily self-care, hydrating and protecting, especially during the cooler months. I’m so happy I discovered the Natralus Natural Paw Paw Lip Butter. This is a compact, very affordable and long-lasting hydrating butter made with Organic Paw Paw, Shea Butter and Vitamin E. I would agree with the claim on the tube that it’s deeply moisturising and protects delicate lips from the elements throughout the day.

Reduce the load and enjoy wholesome ready-to-eat meals with The Dinner Ladies
Everyone deserves to take a load off once in a while. I’d heard great things about The Dinner Ladies from other Mums so was eager to give their homely ready-to-heat meals a try. With a range of delicious family meals delivered to your door, stock up the freezer for the week and all your meal prep is done.
Our verdict? They really do taste like home-cooked meals with our favourites being classic beef lasagne, slow-cooked beef stroganoff and chicken & roast vegetable pie. These meals are super easy to heat in the microwave or oven. Add a side of potato or pasta, a salad or greens and the quantities will go further. Such a time-saver and I love how you don’t have to think about what’s for dinner every night. It’s all there in the freezer.

Have you heard of INIKA Organic products made in Australia with only natural ingredients? My favourite INIKA Organic product which I’ve been using for months now is the lovely Hydrating Toning Mist.
